Getting to Hurghada

Most travelers fly directly to Hurghada International Airport (HRG). Alternatively, take a comfortable GoBus or BlueBus from Cairo (6-7 hours).

By Air: HRG airport is the primary gateway, located just 15-20 minutes from the city center and major resort areas.
Airport Transfers: Avoid the "taxi gauntlet" at the exit. Pre-book a private transfer or use the Uber or ABC Taxi apps for fixed pricing.
From Cairo: High-brand GoBus or BlueBus coaches are reliable and depart frequently from Cairo's Tahrir or Almaza stations.
Domestic Flights: EgyptAir operates multiple daily flights between Cairo and Hurghada (approx. 1 hour flight time).
Private Car: A private transfer from Cairo takes about 5 hours via the new Galala road.
